The rooms are distributed on two floors; three rooms on
the first floor, including dining room, kitchen and interior
patio; on the second floor there are three more rooms,
with sitting room and a small corridor over the patio
on the ground floor. There is also an elevator going up
to this level.
The house can be rented entirely, by floors or by separate
